We are a relatively new site and we are currently in the process of populating our database with repair Solutions
for all major brands of UK home appliances. These are: washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, cookers and refrigerators.

The Solutions

When the database is fully populated, it will hold some 4,000 solutions. Each one solving problems that are common occurrence in homes throughout the UK. The majority of these problems are simple fixes, as 18 years of experience have shown. Whenever the repair task of a solution gets difficult, we will say so.

Quality
Solutions are delivered in fine detail and are written by professionals with many years experience. The step by step guide is detailed and precise. When you carry out instructions from one of our repair solutions, you will get the sense that instructions are coming from an engineer, as if he is standing right beside you.

The repetitive nature of these faults and the high level of call out, make repair tasks routine among our field service engineers. It is therefore standard for our Solutions
to be written with the most minute and important details still fresh in our memories.

The solutions come with visual aids that will guide you and boost your confidence every step of the way. The photographs are of the best quality to provide clarity and remove any ambiguities that may otherwise occur.

The task of writing each solution and populating the database is huge as you will appreciate. The time taken to collect and prepare photographs, then script and edit each solution, is about 5 hours. So, we are talking about 20,000 man hours in total or 2 plus years!

Average repair cost
I will be honest and say that our average repair cost including parts, is about £75.00. The cost to you as an individual can be much more, especially if you call out the big companies.
