How to search for a solution

Use the search facility to find the list of common faults for your appliance. Select the fault and view its symptoms. If it is definately your fault, click on the "Get Solution" button and login or register.

Enter a valid e-mail address and a memorable password. They are required in order to finally gain access to the solution. So in order to get a solution, click on login, register if not yet registered or enter your e-mail address and password. Conduct your search by choosing your appliance brand, type and model no. If your appliance is listed in our database, the search will display a photograph of the appliance.

Alongside the photograph will be a list of faults peculiar to your appliance. Choose the fault that best describe the problem, view the symptoms carefully because here lies the key to you getting the correct solution. Carry out any necessary checks suggested on the symptoms page and satisfy yourself that this is the correct fault and symptoms.

Get the solution and go through the payment gateway. The link to the solution will be sent to your e-mail address. You will need to log back in with your registered password to finally gain access to the solution.

Is it the program board?
